A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
A Campus Climate Study is an anonymous electronic survey and was conducted in 2016 and can be found here: http://www.uwosh.edu/acad-supp/campus-climate-study/campus-climate-study. The study allowed for obtaining knowledge into how campus stakeholders perceive and experience life at UW Oshkosh. Questions in the survey asked about these concepts.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
A work-life balance study group was charged with analyzing the status of work-life balance among our employees in 2016 as a result of the study. The study group has completed its preliminary report of the findings to be addressed by further actions and/or programs over the next couple of years.
