The Living Wage Calculator at Penn State University was used to determine a living wage for the City of Oshkosh at $9.93 per hour. A review of UW Oshkosh employees showed 0 employees paid less than $9.93/hr. Construction contractors (ca. 100) are paid prevailing wages that exceed that level of compensation.
