A brief description of how the employee educators are selected (1st program):

A green champion is selected or volunteers from each participating office to initiate the survey of green practices being done. The champion is then the liaison between the sustainability office and their office.


A brief description of the formal training that the employee educators receive (1st program):

The initial survey shows areas for improvement broken down into categories. The champion can set up a meeting with a Sustainability Office employee at any time to look at current office practices, and discuss improvements.

There is currently a part-time sustainability student employee in charge of the Green Office program. Each office that participates is in charge of there own finances within their office.
