A brief description of the plan:
The university had a bicycle plan developed by an outside consultant as part of Master Planning in 2010. The plan has been used to change the bicycle rack standard for the campus and to work with the City of Oshkosh to establish the first street in Oshkosh to have painted bicycle lanes in both directions, Elmwood Avenue through campus.
