The Living Wage Calculator at Penn State University was used to determine a living wage for the City of Oshkosh at $7.77 per hour. A review of UW Oshkosh employees showed 27 limited term employees paid less than $7.77/hr. Construction contractors (ca. 100) are paid prevailing wages that exceed that level of compensation.
