A brief description of the program(s):

The Winnebago Project is based on the AASHE faculty development model pioneered as the Ponderosa Project and Piedmont Project. Four faculty have recieved AASHE training and served as workshop leaders.


A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

The Winnebago Project includes a 2-day faculty development workshop and a monetary stipend upon proof that a course change has been made. For the first 2 years the stipend was $750 to reward early adopters. The current stipend is $500. Alumni from the Winnebago Project are also alerted to followup opportunities such as a brown bag discussion series.
