A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
Numerous trainings have been offered over the years through Employee Development online tools; orientation, resources fairs and workshops; and Green Office Certification training modules. Online trainings available to all faculty and staff are currently hosted on the Finance & Administrative Affairs "Green Team" website (listed below). The Course modules include: Sustainability, Recycling/Waste, Energy, Transportation, and Food.
Brown bags are also held throughout campus for staff which have focused on sustainable purchasing, energy conservation, and campus gardens.
