The above data represent total expenditures on paper products from the UW-Madison housed Digital Publishing & Printing Services unit (https://printing.wisc.edu/) and any other paper purchases completed through a business services unit and allocated to a UW-Madison account. While there may be paper purchases made outside of business services units this data should capture the majority of paper purchases for campus.

Data was compiled from FY20 as analysis of FY21 (the typical reporting year) showed a significant decrease in paper purchases that appear to be an outlier due to the impact of the pandemic.
