A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:

Two buildings operated by the Wisconsin Union Directorate (Memorial Union and Union South) are operated under a developed and documented Green Cleaning Progam (see attached).

All buildings managed by University Housing follows green cleaning practices as an ongoing commitment to the health of its residents, staff, and environment. The Lotus Pro chemical-free, water-based cleaning system uses aqueous ozone to thoroughly sanitize and clean surfaces. Housing also purchases paper towels, toilet paper, and plastic bags made with recycled materials (https://www.housing.wisc.edu/about/sustainability/operations/#green-cleaning).
