W licensed manufacturers are contractually obliged to conform to the university’s Code of Conduct (https://licensing.wisc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/88/2021/03/flm-code-of-conduct-wisconsin.pdf). This Code and its enforcement were implemented to ensure that manufacturers of UW emblematic products respect workers’ rights.
