The Wisconsin Union Directorate operates two facilities on campus (the Memorial Union and Union South) and has developed and adheres to a Green Cleaning Policy (see the attachment below in the "Optional" section).
In addition, University Housing has developed and adheres to a Green Cleaning Policy for their Leopold Residence Hall (see the attached).

While UW-Madison does not manage buildings in accordance with the specific programs identified above, it does implement a number of sustainable practices, including:
- A University-wide IAQ that includes procedures for reporting indoor air quality issues and responding to issues
- Compliance with the Guide for Animal Care and Handling (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/olaw/guide-for-the-care-and-use-of-laboratory-animals.pdf) for animal holding facilities
- Incorporation of green cleaning products and techniques
- Energy and Water use tracking at the facility-level (where building level metering is available)
