A short feedback survey is used as a tool to gather feedback from projects that have concluded. That survey can be viewed here: https://uwo.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3VpJVB6xwDpcdme
Additionally, every CLL project must complete an agreement form. Each agreement form has unique accountabilities noted for all collaborators on the project to ensure clear communication throughout the duration of the project and to ensure its success. Agreements with projects are reviewed and renewed, and adjustments are made on an as-need basis.
