A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

All new Employees must do training for areas such as ""equality in the workplace"", ""Accessibility on Campus"", ""Mental Health"" training, and more.

It is also worth noting that Hospitality Services has taken the initiative to include sustainability as part of the new staff training (Hospitality receives approximately 60 new employees per year). This is a 30 minute presentation that is conducted by the Nutrition Manager of Hospitality Services. The session is part of the 3-day new hire training program.
