Western supports the Ark Aid Mission by donating baked goods from all our eateries at the end of each working day.
Furthermore, prior to Reading Week, Christmas and summer holiday, Western donates excess food to the local food bank.

Western has a 100% pre-consumer food waste composting program in all residences, which include all organic matter, paper and cooked meat. This program also exists in other select eateries across campus.
