These numbers reflect the most recent renovation of the Biology department. The biggest amount of solid waste was hauled off by a contractor (325 tons). The Construction firm dealt with the asbestos (78.5 tons) - disposed of according to the GA EPD regulations. They also dealt with some residual solid waste and the scrap metal which it sold to be recycled (65 tons).

Asbestos is not included here as it is considered hazardous waste.
