Student Sustainability Research Incentives

Yes

A brief description of the student research program, including the incentives provided and any positive outcomes during the previous three years:
Yes, the Center of Sustainability reaches out to the various colleges to support and encourage student sustainability research. The Center also offers two sustainability research awards per year to students who have completed and presented sustainability related research.

The University offers research seed grants ($5000). One category of research that is explicitly mentioned for which funds are available is sustainability. In the words of the call for applications: "3. Sustainability Research Grants: UWG has prioritized the development of sustainability on campus. These grants support research that is linked to sustainability in any discipline."
