A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
A campus wide Employee Engagement Survey was conducted in May, 2019.
The survey was conducted via an online survey tool and was administered by an external consulting firm. 100% of all Regular and Temporary employees (with a contract of 1 year or greater) were invited to participate in the anonymous survey.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Prior to the start of the pandemic, several town halls were held with employees to discuss the results. Additional initiatives are planned once staff fully return to campus. Feedback has been incorporated into the University’s 5 year strategic plan.
