A brief description of the minimum total compensation provided to the institution’s lowest paid employee or pay grade:
Full-time employees receive base salary, are eligible for merit per union contract and/or as approved by state legislature. Classified employees have a benefit load of 39% of their salary. This includes benefits such as, health and dental insurance, retirement contributions, etc. Professional staff receive the same benefits, however, the benefit load is calculated at 30%
