The UW Board of Regents has one Student Regent, who is appointed by the governor for a one-year term.

Chancellor’s Leadership Council: Established in October 2015 to advise the Chancellor on a wide range of key strategic matters, the CLC includes all members of the Chancellor’s Executive Team plus the leaders of the Council of Academic Deans, the General Staff and Faculty Organizations, and the Associated Students of the University of Washington Bothell.

Chancellor’s Advisory Committee for Students (CACS) is an inclusive group of all students at UW Bothell, collaborating to advise the Chancellor and the executive team on campus-wide issues and major initiatives affecting students.

THE SEIU 925 Union provisions apply to those regular monthly employees who are employed at the University of Washington in classifications included in the University-wide Nonsupervisory bargaining unit, University-wide Supervisory bargaining unit, Contact Center bargaining unit, Contact Center Supervisory bargaining unit, Harborview Medical Center Technical bargaining unit, Healthcare Professional/Laboratory Technical bargaining unit, Research Technologist bargaining unit, and Research Technologist Supervisor bargaining unit.
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment and to promote orderly and peaceful labor relations between the parties. The parties agree that it has been and will be their mutual aim to promote systematic and effective employee-management cooperation; fair and reasonable working conditions; effective methods for the prompt adjustment of differences, misunderstandings, and disputes; and dignified and fair treatment of employees in the implementation of all policies and procedures.

The Community Engagement Council’s central purpose is to advise and assist the University of Washington Bothell in advancing its Community Engagement Mission. It reports to the Chancellor.

The Council (and its Executive Committee) provides a forum for conversation among a range of UW Bothell units and community partners. The conversation is a value in itself for advancing shared understandings; to do so, the Council will develop and maintain a timeline with goals, strategy and tactics to achieve the community engagement mission.

The Advisory Board for the University of Washington Bothell provides guidance to the campus on issues surrounding higher education, assists in building relationships with business and civic leaders and advocates for university resources.

The General Staff Organization (GSO) at the University of Washington Bothell is open to all Classified, Professional, and Library staff. It seeks to enhance student access and success through excellence in service; Facilitate communication, support and unity among classified staff, professional staff and librarians; Provide leadership through communication, positive change and teamwork among staff, librarians, faculty, and administrators, through campus and community issues; Represent staff by enhancing the working experience and environment; Provide the ability for staff to contribute to the campus and university community.

The Chancellor’s Advisory Committee for Environmental Sustainability (CACES) works to promote and facilitate the cooperative efforts of our community members, including faculty, students and staff, to educate, develop values, share knowledge, recommend policies, and implement practices that are sustainable. CACES is an inter-departmental and interdisciplinary group of staff, faculty, and students interested in working together to advance sustainability on-campus and beyond. Members include administrative staff, non-administrative staff, leadership staff, faculty, and students.
