An internal tool developed by FarmLogix allows us to upload velocity reports for all vendors, by location, and filter the total purchases through AASHE STARS criteria. The data shown is from the calendar year of 2019.

UVA Dining is a member of the UVA Sustainable Food Collaborative. There are five goals within the Food Collaborative’s Food Action Plan. The first goal, to “Annually Increase the Percentage of Sustainable Food and Beverage Options Available on Grounds” and its strategies influence our sustainable purchasing practices at UVA Dine.
