$25,750 annually is the current UVA Charlottesville campus institution minimum wage for a full-time 40 hour per week employee, which is $43,784 - $53,060 including the benefits that are provided. The actual current minimum starting pay for an entry-level employee including the average level of health benefits is $21.05 - $25.51 per hour including the benefits that are provided. A full-time employee is eligible for a range of benefits, such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Prior to this UVA Health System employees have been managed by a separate HR system and this data is not available at this time. Future submissions should contain all UVA employee data because the two HR systems are being merged.
