Students apply to the SA for their dorms. Others who are not on Grounds and still want to be an SA can apply to be an SA for libraries and dining halls.

SAs attend biweekly meetings where the first half of the meeting is spent addressing specific topics (recycling, energy, water, transportation etc) usually with guest speakers. The second half is a time for SAs to address any questions brought up by their represented areas and preparations for upcoming events.
