On Campus Multipurpose Center Project – 53,000 square feet of renovations and 10,100 square foot addition to an existing complex. The renovations and construction for this project met the minimum requirements to meet LEED Silver in accordance with the University of Vermont “Environmental Design in New and Renovated Buildings” policy

Recital Hall – 3,600 square feet of renovations and a 3,942 square foot addition to the existing complex. The Revital Hall Addition achieved LEED Gold Certification in 2022.

STEM Complex – 195,592 square feet of new construction on UVM’s central campus completed in 2017. This complex achieved LEED Silver Certification in 2022.

Firestone Medical Research Building – 62,500 square feet of new construction on UVM’s medical campus completed in 2022. The construction for this project met the minimum requirements to meet LEED Silver in accordance with the University of Vermont “Environmental Design in New and Renovated Buildings” policy
