Professional Certificate in Campus Sustainability Leadership

Professional Certificate in Campus Sustainability Leadership has been offered by UVM Continuing & Distance Education since 2008 and has attracted a cohort of about a dozen students from around the country each year. Participants learn how to bring about change through transformative, financially sustainable innovations at their institution to help their campus become a sustainability model. Program benefits include the opportunity to focus on this important challenge, a way to expand your professional network, and the chance to learn from leaders in the field.

CDE used to have its own course section but with the implementation of IBB, course “ownership” shifted from CDE to specific schools/colleges, so what was once a CDE course may now be a CALS/CEMS/CESS/CAS/CNHS/LCOM/GSB/RSENR course. That is why there are so many fewer courses than our last STARS submission.
