There is a group called ALCO---ALANA Coalition for faculty and staff of color.
There is also a Henderson Fellowship program (http://www.uvm.edu/president/diversity/hendersonfellowships/) and the Center for Cultural Pluralism provides a variety of professional development opportunities in cultural competency (http://www.uvm.edu/~ccpuvm/).
