SOURCES
Value of endowment assets reported by OBIA, "Fast Facts 2022.
Data about campus facilities comes from Space Planning master building list filtered for performance year and building type. Buildings not included were unconditioned (parking structures, etc.)
The Gross Floor Area of Building Space is from University of Utah Facilities Management and includes all buildings for which facilities collects energy data.
The figure reported in the USHE data book sometimes uses different methodology than STARS and reports a lower area: http://facilities.utah.edu/ Note that building space changes every year due to new construction.
Changes in total high energy use (lab other) categories from past University of Utah submissions are related to the University refining its reporting moving from Building level reporting to more precise reporting better aligned with official AASHE reporting.
