The Center offers wellness resources for all University of Utah and UHealth employees. Programs include the Resiliency Center, skills workshops and mindfulness programs, Well Office Certification, wellness challenges, Health and fitness testing, PEAK health and fitness classes for employees, nutrition services and wellness seed grants.

The Resiliency Center is designed to foster wellness and resilience for all employees within University of Utah Health. The Center aims to promote personal resilience, reduce individual burden and create an optimal work environment.
In 2022, the Resiliency Center was awarded a three-year grant of $2,955,996 from the US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for promoting resilience and mental health among the health care workforce.

Employees enrolled in the Employee Health Care Plan and their family members may obtain mental health services through the Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) at no cost to the employee.
