Yes. We do this through our support in U Drive Electric and U Community Solar of rooftop solar and electric cars. We have supported EV charging and have partnered with various local entities and businesses to put charging stations in on campus

Yes

Yes. We have appeared at PSC in support of renewable energy (once as a participant on a renewable energy rate schedule, Schedule 34, and once on net metering for rooftop solar) and are currently working on a bill on renewable energy, http://le.utah.gov/~2017/bills/static/HB0297.html.
