A brief description of the technology used:
Building space conditioning settings are scheduled through our building automation systems. We use Johnson Controls Metasys and Siemens Staefa control systems. Additionally, some buildings have incorporated occupancy sensor control over variable air volume (VAV) boxes to allow for set-back of individual zones throughout the day.
