The Chase Peterson Heritage Center Dining Room, the primary dining hall for campus residents as well as commuters and staff, offers vegan dining options; "[The Heritage Center] is "all you care to eat" restaurant dining open 7 days a week for all meals. The menu variety is unlimited. We offer an array of foods from soups to stir fry, pizza to fresh carved meats, vegetarian, vegan and healthy options"--quoted from Dining Services website
