Yes
None
A brief description of the enterprise:
In 2010, a team of students and their advisors from the David Eccles School of Business took over the vendor contract for food service in one of the College of Business buildings (CRCC). The cafe serves as a hands-on business incubator and experiential learning opportunity for students. "The premier eating establishment on the campus of the University of Utah. Staffed by students, run by students, serving to students. We offer a variety of comfort food as well as more adventurous fare from around the world. Priced for a student's budget and prepared for a student's hectic schedule."--quoted from Template Cafe facebook page. The cafe sources its food from local vendors, including students, to the degree possible, and sources vegetables and grains from Cali's Natural Food store, a vendor of locally sourced organic food. They also grow some of their own vegetables and herbs for use in the cafe. The cafe is currently in the process of forming a pre-consumer food composting program.
