Has the institution conducted a GHG emissions inventory within the previous three years that includes all Scope 1 and 2 emissions? :
Yes

A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:

The GHG inventory was completed as part of the Conservation and Demand Management Plan that was written in 2019 to fulfill legislative requirements. The plan was written by two masters-level students as part of a capstone course.

The inventory was accomplished using methods outlined in the 2017 Guideline for Quantification, Reporting and Verification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the Province of Ontario (Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change, 2017). Emissions factors for each fuel source were obtained from the 2018 National Inventory Report. In that report, emission factors were only available through 2016, so the 2016 factors were carried forward as placeholders for 2017 and 2018. GWP values are from the Fifth Assessment Report of the IPCC.

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
