A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
The university's storm water management plan was formalized in writing in 2023. The plan outlines practices that contribute to erosion and sediment control as well as groundwater recharge. It outlines guidelines, existing infrastructure, standard practices, potential pollutants and monitoring practices. It primarily applies to the Stockton and Sacramento campuses as the San Francisco campus does not have significant landscapes to manage. The plan is meant to be dynamic and regularly updated so it also includes areas for improvement.

General importance of water conservation at Pacific is on the main page liked above.
Students, after extensive interviews drafted the plan as a capstone project. Facilities and Sustainability staff then reviewed, edited and adopted the plan. Staff have access to the storm water management plan in their internal shared drive.
