Proportion of spend on environmentally and socially preferable is likely higher than indicated due to data processing limitations. Total spend includes all technology supplies, including items not eligible for EPEAT certification such as keyboards, cables or other computer related hardware. These items cannot be easily sorted out of the total spend. This year spend also includes spend on printers. This was not included in the previous report. Green spending only covered purchases on printers and purchases from the university's main laptop supplier.

Printer upgrades planned for spring 2024 require EPEAT certified units.
