Follett manages the University bookstore and sources all University branded apparel sold there. A portion of the Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion section of the university's contract with Follett states: University branded apparel must be produced under fair working conditions as indicated by manufacturer maintaining current membership in the Worker Rights Consortium (WRC), the Fair Labor Association (FLA), or adopting a labor rights code of conduct, or agreeing to meet vendor's labor code of conduct standards.
