UIW provides various resources for faculty to pursue OA/OER, including textbooks and course materials. The UIW Libraries have published a LibGuide that introduces various aspects of OER: https://libguides.uiwtx.edu/c.php?g=771939&p=5536940 and OA: https://libguides.uiwtx.edu/openaccess/basics In addition, the university has joined a consortium that supports the publication of open-access reserch by cover part or entire author fees: https://scelc.libguides.com/c.php?g=1202411&p=8797168
