A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Employee Health and Wellbeing Survey was administered in 2022 – 36% of staff and faculty responded to the survey. The survey involved the opportunity to comment on feelings of health and wellbeing.
Hybrid Workplace Pilot participants were surveyed in 2022 – 60% of respondents were surveyed with the opportunity to provide extensive comments about their work experience.
The methodology was developed by a faculty member with extensive research background as part of her sabbatical research. This enabled the University to maintain the confidentiality of the respondents.
