Since implementing its new waste management program, UDC has seen an overall increase in monthly diversion rates. Components of the program include new infrastructure, revised policies and procedures, training for staff and contractors, business analysis, improving vendor relationships, revising contract language, and coordinating our first ever zero waste event.
