The session addresses strategies for creating sustainability-focused projects, developing opportunities for service learning, and case studies from UDC and peer institutions, all aimed at fulfilling the University’s mission to promote civic responsibility and community engagement.
A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:
All faculty are eligible to attend course development training as a component of professional development, required for each member of the faculty at the start of the semester. Attendees are also provided with ongoing support from the UDC Sustainability Initiative's two full-time staff.
