UTSA provides several wellness & employee assistance programs including:
1- The Living Well Health & Wellness Program:
Provided by the University of Texas System to benefits eligible employees. The program provides critical information about preventing or managing serious disease, developing a personalized health improvement plan, and powerful and easy-to-use tools for employees and eligible dependents to take charge of their personal health and develop their own personal wellness program. 2- The EAP - Employee Assistance Program:
This is a confidential benefit that includes short term assessments, counseling, prevention/education, crisis intervention, and referrals. EAP services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. More information can be found on: http://www.utsa.edu/hr/EmployeeRelations/eapinfo.html
3- The Rowdy New U Program:
