The community garden is a raised bed facility with 7 beds run by the Student Garden Society. The campus garden society is active with two academic advisors and an memorandum of agreement with the Dietetics and Nutrition Department.

The UTSA Campus Garden, est. 2017, is a joint project of the Green Society at UTSA, the Department of Kinesiology, Health, and Nutrition, and the Office of Sustainability.
