A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :
The attached document Final Courses offered UnderGrad and Graduate 2018-2020" Lists all undergraduate and graduate courses for the last 3 years through Spring 2020.
I went to each course, downloaded the syllabus and found if it was focused, or inclusive. Many did not qualify because while their were a sustainable topic, I did not include unless the syllabus specified if it was meant to convey a sustainable learning outcome or at least a lecture section on the sustainability of the topic. for example, Women's Studies might be a sustainable topic but there was no section that identified it as a lecture or inclusive of meaningfully directed at sustaining women's studies. I counted the number of times each course was offered over the last 3 years. If it was offered 10 times, I counted ten courses.
I counted all seminars, directed research, doctoral studies, internships, comprehensive study, master's thesis, and Special topics.
