A brief description of how weather data or sensors are used:
We have Rain/Freeze Sensors used to shut of Irrigation systems when it rains or freezes. We also use the Solar Sinc Sensor in which it gathers on-site solar and temperature data and uses it to calculate ET then determines watering requirements. We practice limiting irrigation throughout the year and most of our plant material is native and established so it does not require too much water. We follow any recommendations from SAWS and TCEQ.
