A brief description of the campaign (1st campaign):
Students of Sustainablity will be hosting The 3rd Annual Permablitz - Seed Starting Event. SOS is a student organization that promotes sustainability on campus. One of our projects this semesteris establishing a new community garden at the Miner Village Student Housing Complex. This garden is going to be a winter/fall garden that will be a source of healthly food, recreational activity, and educational center for the entire Utep community. Therefore, we would like the participation of the Utep Community to participate in planting the seeds that will be used for the Garden.

This is an event where students, faculty, staff, community members and student organizations will be planting seeds that will be grown in the Miner Village/Miner Heights Permaculture Garden. it will offer an environment where many student organizations may interact with each other, all while learning about Permaculture ethics and sustainability. This is an opportunity to learn how you as an individual, and as an organization, can help the environment!
