Majority of contractors are doing repair and new construction work. Other contractors include event work, medical staffing, food service providers, and recreational sports trainer/instructors.

To calculate the local living wage, we selected the Two Working Adults because we believe in a household with two adults that it likely they both work. However, the issue with this selection is that we don’t know how much the other adult is making, so we could be over-reporting how many employees are actually below the Living Wage (or under-reporting how many are above). As such, we based calculations on the employee's rate/salary and did not prorate it.
