Information about WorkQuest goods and services can be obtained at their website.a.If a WorkQuest supplier is not chosen, the buyer may request the department purchaser to prepare a written justification documenting the reason why WorkQuest goods or services were unacceptable. Reasons may include specifications regarding quality, quantity, delivery, life cycle costs, and prices.5.Historically underutilized businesses (HUBs)The Texas Government Code requires all state agencies to make a good faith effort to increase purchases and contract awards to certified HUB’s.
