These figures represent the cleaning and janitorial purchases made during the 2017 fiscal year (7/1/2016-6/30/17). A report of all purchases made via the eMarketPlace provided the majority of the data. Emails were sent to university departments to gather data on purchases that were made outside of the widely used e-procurement system.
