While the University of Tennessee does not include community service on the academic transcript, the Center for Leadership and Service does track community service hours through a self-reporting tool and can issue official service hour transcripts upon request. Additionally, student who complete 100 hours or more of community service are recognized with a medallion to wear at commencement.
