Buildings that have been built or renovated in the last five years include: Hobart Apartments (Melville St, Campbell St), Midcity Apartments, The Village Apartments, Investigator Hall, Burnie Apartments, Engineering and Law Buildings (Sandy Bay), AMC AUV Lab (Newnham), Inveresk Library.

Although some buildings achieved a Green Star rating within the five years prior to the submission of this report, completion of construction falls beyond that timeframe and therefore they have not been included.
