Staff and student numbers are from the University Management Information, Analysis and Planning (UMAP) system. Resident numbers are provided by Accommodation Services staff. Due to data collection practices, it is not possible to identify students that are also staff and therefore there might be some double-counting of individuals
Annualised student numbers are calculated as a weighted average per term.
Annualised resident numbers are calculated as a monthly average.
